【Abstract】 The research in abnormal proteins of erythrocyte membrane resulted from various anemias has been expended rapidly. Seldom can we get the information about the variation of polypeptides of red cell membrane of leukemic patients or mice, Our laboratory was able to detect a new polypeptide which is about 32 000 dalton between band 6 and band 7 through electrophoretic analysis in leukemic mice. And we also found that the amount of contractile protein and band 3 was decreased. The changes of amount or quality of erythrocyte membrane skeleton proteins will result in founctional disorder of red cells.更多还原
