【摘要】 本文测定了培养1～4小时的大鼠黄体细胞培养液中孕酮及酪氨酸含量。结果表明:hCG处理组。孕酮含量随培养时间延长而增加,第3小时含量最高,后基本稳定;酪氨酸含量也随培养时间延长而增加,第2小时含量最高,后趋于下降。对照组则无此变化。讨论了可能的变化关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The progesterone and tyrosine concentrations in luteal cell suspension of rat were determined from 1--4h incubation time, The. results showed that the progesterone secretion increased gradually and reached a peak at 3h and then remained at this level up to 4h. Simultaneously the contents of tyrosine also elevated but reached its peak at 2h and then declined gradually. No such changes were observed in the control group.更多还原
