大鼠脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射γ—氨基丁酸对尾核痛反应神经元电活动的影响

【摘要】 实验用34只大鼠。向脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)200ug/20μl,用玻璃微电极记录尾核痛反应神经元放电。结果表明,注射GABA可使尾核痛兴奋神经元放电增加,痛抑制神经元放电减少,抑制时程延长。GABA的上述作用可被腹腔注射印防已毒素(Picrotoxin)所阻断。提示GABA在脊髓内具有明显抗镇痛作用。

【Abstract】 The electric discharges of pain-related neurons in nucleus caudatum in 34 rats were recorded with glass microelectrode by the intrathecal (i.t.h) injection of GABA (200μg/20pl). The results showed that in caudate nucleus, the evoked discharges of pain-excitation neurons (PEN) were increased. The discharges of pain-inhibition neurons (PIN)were decreased and the duration of the ihibition was prolonged by i.t.h injection of GABA. The effects of i.t.h injection of GABA on above were antagonised by the abdominal injection of picrotoxin. The results suggest that i.t.h injection of GABA may obviously abolish analgesic effect.
