【Abstract】 Chromosome banding studies were carried out on 75 couples with spontaneous abortions, among which three abnormal karyotypes were found first in the world. The paper discussed the relationship between spontaneous abortions and chromosomal aberrations and emphasesed that the couples with spontaneous abortions should be examined cytogenetically. The translocation carrier should be monitored by prenatal diagnosis which is imPortant to the improvement of the genetical quality of the Population.更多还原
