【摘要】 本文用家族法研究了118个腹股沟斜疝患者的家系。用Falconer的遗传度计算法,经修正得出本组一级亲属的遗传度为68.09±7.06％,二级亲属的遗传度为58.92±12.97％,一、二级亲的加权平均遗传度为65.99±6.20％。本研究结果表明腹股沟斜疝有较高的遗传倾向。更多还原

【Abstract】 118 mutched pedigree of inguinal oblique hcrnia, which come from epldemiologic survey of congenital and geuetic disease of Sichuan, China in 1986～1987 were analysed, and the heritability was calculated with the falconer’s method. The heritability of the relatives first and second degree are 68.09±7.06％、58.92±12.97％ respectively, and the heritability of welghted--mean is 65.99±6.20％. This results revealed inguinal oblique hernia has a marked hereditary trendency.更多还原
