【摘要】 本文报道了合成RU-486的中间体Δ^4,9一雌二烯—3,17—双酮[Ⅰ]的制备。以1?—羟甲基—Δ⁴—雄甾烯—3,17—双酮[Ⅷ]为起始原料,与Jones试剂反应得Δ⁴—雄甾烯—3,17—双酮—10—羧酸[Ⅸ],收率为79～84%。[Ⅸ]在吡啶中用碘处理生成化合物[Ⅰ],收率为48～52%。化合物[Ⅰ]的结构经红外光谱和紫外光谱证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preparation of Δ⁴⁹⁰-estradiene-3, 17-dione [Ⅰ], used asintermediate of the synthesizing RU-486,was roported. The reaction of 10-hydrox-ymeihyl-Δ⁴-androsten3, 17-dione [Ⅶ], asinitial material, with Jones reagent gaveΔ⁴-androsten-3, 17-dion-19-oic acid [Ⅸ],its yield was 79-84%. The treatment ofcompound [Ⅸ] with iodine in the pyri-dine gave compound [Ⅰ]. The yield was48-52%. The structure of [Ⅰ] was confirmed by IR and UV.更多还原
