【Abstract】 Albumin from bovi-ne serum was separated and purified bySodium caprylate-Ionexchange chromatog-raphy. The product was analyzed. Theresults showed that UV absorption of theproduct is at 278 nm; Molecular weightis 66.2 Kd and it presented a single bandof coomassie brilliant blue stained onSDS-PAGE. The purity of BSA producedby us is superior to that of domestic or for-eign products. The recovery of the meth-od was also estimated and we consider itto be a simple valid method for mass pr-oduction.更多还原
