【Abstract】 A GC method for thedetermination of eugenol in crude medic-ine and its preparation Liuying Wan hasbeen proposed. Sample was treated withcelite-545-column. Analysis was carriedout on chromosorb WHP 80～100 mesh.Column packed with 3% polyglycol 20000,column temperature 160’C. For quantitiveanalysis octadecane was used as the inter-nal standard.
