【摘要】 应用某镍冶炼厂作业环境中存在的几种镍剂,给三种小鼠右腋皮下注射,每鼠5mg,观察62周。仅见镍精砂（主要含Ni₃S₂）有局部诱癌作用。其病理组织学表现以纤维肉瘤为主,亦见2例横纹肌肉瘤,大多数肿瘤分化差,有浸润性,个别发生肝、肺转移。此结果提示该厂环境中存在的镍精砂可能对人类也具有致癌危险性,在考虑劳保措施和职业癌的防治中应引起足够重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the result of thetumor in site induced by several nickelcompounds in mice. Three nickel com-pounds （Ni₃S₂, NiCl, pure nickel powder）were injected separately to the right armpitsubcutaneously （5mg/mouse）. At the endof the 62nd week, the tested mice weresacrificed.Only nickel sulfide induced tu-mors in the site of injection, the incidenceof tumor was 36%. The majority of thetumors were fibrosarcomas, only 2 rhab-domyosarcomas. The tumors might infil-trate into the surrounding tissues, a fewmetastasized to the liver and/or the lungs.更多还原
