【摘要】 <正> 继从喜树（Camptotheca acuminata Decne）果中分到二十余个化合物之后,最近又从广西河池地区综合研究所生产10-羟基喜树碱的母液中分得了新生物碱10-羟基脱氧喜树碱（1）。 1为黄色针晶,m.p.298—300℃（分解）,[α]_D¹⁶—9.36°（c0.086,吡啶）,分子式C₂₀H₁₆N₂O₄,与喜树碱（2）相同,比10-羟基喜树碱（3）少一个氧原子。薄层层析R_f=0.3[硅胶层,7:3氯仿-丙酮（v/v）],稍大于3（R_f=0.2）,但远小于2（R_f=0.7）在3650A荧光下,1、3均为米黄色更多还原

【Abstract】 A new alkaloid （1） was isolated from the seeds of Camptotheca acuminata Decne. Itwas identified as 10-hydroxydeoxycamptothecin with 20R-configuration by spectralanalysis and chemical transformation. It shows a strong cytotoxicity against P₃₈₈leukemia cell.更多还原
