【Abstract】 p-Nitrobenzoic acid reacted with p-toluene-sulfonamide and phosphorus pentachloride toproduce intermediate p-nitrobeuzoitrile.Theintermediate reacted further with sodiumazide and ammonium chloride to give 5′-(p-nitrophenyl)tetr azole with a yield of 96.1%.The product can be purified easily and givea very good result when used in DNA frag-ments syntheses.更多还原
