【摘要】 本研究借用贝克曼免疫化学系统(Beckman-ICSⅡ)对口腔领面部恶性肿瘤77例,恶性肿瘤术后复发19例,术后无复发17例,良性肿瘤29例,慢性炎症11例和正常人89例五项血清(浆)蛋白含量进行联合检测。结果发现:联合检测可提高恶性肿瘤阳性检出率,有助于估计恶性肿瘤的预后及其与炎症鉴別,并可显示宿主免疫机能状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,we reported by the means of Beckman Immuno-Chemistry System Ⅱ(ICS-Ⅱ)“Rate Nephelometer”for quantitative estimation of multiple biochemistry-immuno-indicators in the serum(plasma)of oral maxillofacial patients and normals.Those indica-tors are as follows.Plasma Fibronectin(P-Fn),Serum C-Reactive Protein(CRP),Serum Factor B of Alternative Complement(FB),Serum Immuno-globulin A(IgA),Serum Circulative Immuno Complexes(CIC).There are 77 cases of preoperative cases of mal-ignant tumor,(squamous carcinoma 61 cases,other carcinoma 16 cases)36 postoperative casesof malignant tumor,(19 cases with recurrency and 17 cases with no recurrency),29 caseswith benign tumor,11 cases with chronic inflammation and 89 normals.The authorsfound:combining assays of multiple indicators(1)may elevate the positive rate of diagnosisfor malignant tumor(84%-1OO%)and provide a diagnostic modle for malignant tumor accordingto numbers and kinds of elevated indicators,(2)may be helpful for the estimation ofmalignant tumor burden(earlier and latter,metastasis and nonmetastasis),and the prognosis(recurrence and nonrecurrence after operation),(3)may show a common tendency of thechange of host’s immuno-function,normals→chronic-inflammation→benign tumor→malignant tumor.更多还原
