【摘要】 本文用微量化学分析法测定了14名实验者人牙菌斑液的各种无机成份和葡萄糖含量,并与唾液进行比较。结果发现人牙菌斑申 Ca⁺⁺、Pi、Mg⁺⁺、K⁺、Na⁺和葡萄糖含量都显著高于唾液。结果提示牙菌斑液成份不同于唾液。牙菌斑具有限制唾液成份扩入牙菌斑,牙菌斑成份扩散入唾液的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 14 human dental plaque fluid samples and saliva were measured by micro-chemicalanalysis.The results showed,that the contents of Ca⁺⁺,Pi,Mg⁺⁺,K⁺,Na⁺ and glucoseare signifcantly higher in plaque fluids than in saliva.It was also suggested that dentalplaque can control the diffusion rates of the substances from saliva into plaque fluid andvice versa.更多还原
