【摘要】 为了探讨先天性单侧唇裂畸形的特点,作者在研究正常上唇生长发育规律的基础上,收集92例单侧唇裂病例,测量了健侧和患侧上唇的面积,结果发现不论Ⅱ°或Ⅲ°唇裂,患侧上唇面积均较健侧为小(P<0.05),但差异变化较大。据此,作者提出了唇裂畸形既非组织缺损,也非组织移位,而是由于生长发育上的差异所致的观点。此外,作者还对唇裂的分类法和手术效果及手术方法选择等问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the characteristics of deformity in congenital unilateral cleft lip,to obtain a considerably more objective view and thus better help our clinical work,wehave done the work of measuring 92 cases of unilateral cleft lip patients and get thedata of lip area of both cleft side and normal side.Here,we use the computer to analysethese data the result of which shows that no matter what the cleft lip might be,indegree Ⅱ or degree Ⅲ,area of the lip on the cleft side is always smaller than that onthe normal side(P<0.05).However,the particular data analyses reveal considerable discre-pancies,some differs by 50%.Thus we conclude these variations are mainly caused by thedifferences in the speed of development caused by some unknown reasons,after the form-ation of the cleft lip in fetal stage.The deformity in cleft lip is neither tissue defect nortissue shift,but it is something caused by the variations in growth and development.Bes- ides,we also have some discussions on the individual variations in cleft lip patients andclaim that the“traditional 3 degree classification method”which is according to the degreeof the cleft gap cannot demonstrate such individual variations and characteristics of cleftdefect.So it’s time,we need a new classification method based on the characteristics of theupper lip on both sides.Other problems,like the appraisal of the operation and which op-eration method to be chosen have also been mentioned.更多还原
