【摘要】 本研究取不同胎龄,不同尸颅共14侧,经10%福尔马林固定后并进行显微解剖,观察锤前韧带的起止点,毗邻关系及颞下颌关节与中耳的联系,发育状况等。笔者在尸颅中均见到锤前韧带。该韧带随胎龄,年龄的增加逐渐变细,鼓膜张肌腱与锤前韧带近锤骨端有联系。虽然在实验中牵动关节盘未见锤前韧带的移动,但在活体中由于某些因素存在可能震动或牵拉锤前韧带而出现耳症更多还原

【Abstract】 This study examined 14 sides of human fetuses and cadavers.All the specimens werefixed in 10% buffered formalin and had been anatomised in Model SMI Stereomicroscope.Then the origin and insertion of the mallei anterius ligament,surroundings,the conditionof growth and the relationship between TMJ and middle ear were exained.The results suggest that the mallei anterius ligament become more slender a(?)ording toincrease of age.There is a connection between the tendo muscle tensor fympani and theorigin of the mallei anterius ligament.No movement of the mallei anterius ligament couldbe observed by pulling the disc in experiment.But there may be some facto(?)s which shockor stretch the mallei anterius ligament in life.The authors suggest that the relation botw-cen the mallei anterius ligament and the aural symptoms could not be neglected.更多还原
