莫尔条纹对中国正常(牙合)青年人颜面非对称性的定量检测研究
Quantification of the Normal Facial Asymmetry of Chinese Young Adults by Using Moire Topography
【摘要】 颜面对称性是记录颜面正常解剖形态和病理性畸形的重要标志之一。为了探讨中国正常(牙合)人颜面生理不对称的范围、规律及特点,本文运用莫尔条纹和计算机数字化处理技术对80名正常(牙合)青年人(40名男性,40名女性)颜面对称性进行了研究。结果表明,不显著的非对称性在正常人普遍存在,正常(牙合)人最大的不对称出现在颏部,男性为12.45%,女性为10.17%,其余部位均小于10%,最小不对称,女性出现在鼻尖,非对称率为6.20%,男性在上唇部,非对称率为7.67%。面下份颜面非对称率大于面上份,内侧大于外侧,男性大于女性。本研究数据可为临床颜面非对称性的诊断提供参考,同时,计算机图形数字化处理技术为莫尔条纹技术的临床应用提供了方便。
【Abstract】 The subject of the symmetry or asymmetry of the human face is of considerable interestparticularly in the fields of orthodontics and oral surgery.In this study,80 normal faces(40males and 40 females)taken by Moire topography were analysed quantitatively by using anIBM PC-XT computer.The results show that facial asymmetry is a natural phenomenon andnormal asymmetry is not very evident.The normal facial asymmetry should not over 10%except the pogonion region.The highest asymmetric ratio,which located at the pogonionreglon.was 12.45% in male and 10.17% in female.The lowest ratio was 6.20% at the regionof the prominance in female and 7.67% at the region of the upper lip in male.Theasymmetric ratio of the mesiel portion was higher than that of the lateral portion.However,the asymmetric ratio of the lower face was higher than that of the upper face.Sex differe-nce shows that the facial asymmetric ratio of female is lower than that of male.This is dueto the asymmetry of the craniofacial skeleton,the function of the musculature,and theexternal covering such as integument,adipose tissue and c(?)nnective tissue.The presenttechniques,Moire topography and digital computer programme,are also helpful in diagnosisand evaluation of the patients with dental-maxillo-facial deformities.
