【摘要】 本文应用滤纸干血滴酶联允疫吸附试验(ELISA)对山东部分城市农村地区149例10岁以内唇腭裂患儿进行弓形体抗体检测,阳性率为30.2%;其中1岁以内患儿66人,阳性率为25.76%,而1岁内正常健康小儿阳性率为6.25%,两组间阳性率有非常显著的意义(P<0.01)。提示弓形体感染可能是辱腭裂发生的不可忽视的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 149 Cases with cleft lip and palate,who were less than ten years old,had been detect-ed the toxoplasma antibody using ELISA method at part of rurals and cities in Shandongprovince.Total positive rate was 30.2%,and the positive rate of 66 patients who were lessthan one year old was 25.76%.But the positive rate of normal children who were less thanone year old was 6.25%.There was significant difference between the positive rate oftwo groups(p<0.01).The result has shown that toxoplasma infection may be one of theimportant factors which cause the cleft lip and palate.更多还原
