【摘要】 本文对100个离体牙作了根管充填研究,结果表明,热牙胶注射法与侧压法充填的效果在X线片上无明显差别,但染液渗漏检查和扫描电镜观察,前者的根尖封闭能力和边缘密合度显著优于后者。本文还对热牙胶注射充填的程度与一些因素的关系作了分析与讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred extracted single-rooted human teeth were used in this study.After canalspreparation,70 teeth were filled using thermoplasticized gutta-percha injection technique,with and without sealer,the other thirty canals were obturated with lateral condensationof gutta-percha points and sealer.All teeth were examined by X-ray and shown a comp-letely obturation effect,no obvious differences were observed between both filling techni-ques on radiography.But using 2% methylene blue dye as a tracer and examined by SEM.the sealing guality between canal walls and fillings of injection technique was muchbetter than lateral condensation.This study also found a close relation between the level of thermoplasticized gutta-perchafillings and the position of needle in canal,and the diameter of apical foramen,and withor without scaler,but no differences were noticed whether the injection necdle up or down.更多还原
