超微粒子应用研究——低温烧结多层陶瓷电容器银电极浆料的研究
Applied Research of Ultrafine Grains (Ⅰ) -A Study on the Silver Electrode Paste of Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor
【摘要】 本文研究作为低温烧结多层陶瓷电容器银电极染料,910℃烧结。制备的多层陶瓷电容器,测定电容器的电学参数,具有较好的电学性能。
【Abstract】 For preparing multilayer ceramic capacitor, the authors studied the silver electrode paste which can be sintered at 910℃. In relation to the multilayer ceramic capacitor so prepared, a good electrical characteristcs was confirmed by electrical parameters measurement.
