【Abstract】 Alphai antitrypsin （A₁AT）in the serum of 155 healthy subjects （aged 7 to 43）were measured with a simple sensitive special immunodiffusion technique. Thereference value of adults was 2.587±0.382 g/1. The mean serum A AT in male, female aduets and children were 2.55±0.400g/1,2.646±0.349g/1and 2.493±0.308g/1, respectly.No statistical differences were observed in serum AAT levels between the sexes of the subjecjs and the ages of them.更多还原
