【摘要】 本文报告了我院1967～1986年经临床X线检查诊断和治疗的胸膜——肺阿米巴病28例。年龄最小者23岁,最大60岁。职业中农民较多占57%。临床主要表现为发热,咯脓、血痰及巧克力色痰。X线所见有气管炎、肺炎、肺脓肿或胸膜炎等改变。临床抗阿米巴治疗,平均在7天内可见疗效。本文对胸膜——肺阿米巴病的诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-eight cases of pleuropulmonary amebiasis, which were diagnosed andtreated roentgenographically and clinically in our hospital from 1967 to 1986, werediscussed in this paper. The age of the youngest of the patients was 23, and theoldest 60, Most of the patients were peasants (57%). The main clinical manifesta-tion consisted of fever, expectorating purulent-bloody or chocolate sputum, andthe roentgenographic findings were pleuritis, etc. All the patients were treated withanti-amebic therapy and got favorable results in an average of 7 days. The diag-nosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of pleuropulmonary amebiasis werediscussed.更多还原
