【Abstract】 This paper reports a method for inspecting the repetitive DNA of mosquito genomic DNA based on the general molecular biological method for the first time in China. In comparison with the general tissue and cell genomic DNA tecniques, the characteristics of method are as follows: 1. The working concentration of proteinase K is about 600μg / ml; 2. The mosquito tissues must be ground into powder on the dry ice in preparing a large amount of adult mosquito genomic DNA; 3. The enzyme quantity needed for digesting genomic DNA is 6-10 u/ μg DNA; 4.Proper enzyme must be screened for inspecting the repetitive DNA.
