山莨菪碱对油酸所致肺损伤的保护作用及机理探讨

【摘要】 山莨碱(654—2) 防治油酸所致兔肺损伤的结果表明,654—2能防止肺组织和BAIF中MDA含量的增加,在一定程序上抑制了血浆TXB2和6-Keto-PGF含量的升高和减轻肺水肿,其机制可能与减少肺内过氧化脂质的生成和调节前列腺素的代谢有关。

【Abstract】 Anisodamine (A) , a Chinese herb medicine, has been used as an antishock drug in China for two decades.This study attempted to determine if A affects on lung injury induced by oleic acid (OA) on rabbits.Three groups were studied: 1) Control group (n= 7) Ⅱ) OA group (0.1mg/kgi.v.n = 8), Ⅲ) OA+A group (8mg/kgi.v.n = 8) .Lungin-dex and malondialdehyde ( MDA) of lung tissue and broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were determined 120 min after the injection of OA. Plasma MDA and TXB2and 6-keto-PGF1αwere also determined before injections and 5, 30, 120min after the injection of OA.The results showed that lung index and MDA of lung tissue and BALF increased but that of plasma was not significantly different from the control group. The level of plasma TXB2and 6-keto-PGF1αincreased after the injection of OA. The changes above were significantly inhibited by pretreatment of A.Conclusion: 1) The increase of MDA and disturbance of PG ( TXB2and PGI2) metabolism may play an important role on the pathogenesis of lung injury induced by OA. 2) The protective effects of A may be related to its reducing MDA in lung tissue and adjusting metabolism of plasma TXB2and PGI2.
