【Abstract】 With an intraventricular water-filled balloon, a stable method of the rat isovolumic left ventricle was established. Left ventricular pressure and volume could be measured accuratly and conveniently, and highly reproducible peak isovolumic pressure-volume relation and end-diastolic pressure-volume relation, which serve as indexes of ventricular contractility and distensibility , respectively, were obtained.更多还原
