正常和白血病小鼠骨髓细胞和脾细胞电泳及与PNA结合的某些特性

【摘要】 L801粒系白血病小鼠骨髓细胞及脾细胞电泳率(EPM)均比相应的正常细胞为高。花生凝集素PNA能凝集正常LACA小鼠骨髓细胞,但不能凝集白血病细胞。本文还显示正常LACA小鼠骨髓细胞PNA凝集组的CFU-GM产率低于不凝集组。揭示LACA小鼠骨髓内能被PNA凝集的细胞中较成熟的细胞比较多。

【Abstract】 The electrophorestic mobility ( EPM) of bone marrow and spleen cells of the transplantable acute myelocytic leukemia mice (L 801) was significantly higher than that of coresponding normal cells. EPM of leukemic spleen cells treated with neuraminidase (NA) was reduced to the level of non-treated normal cell.Peanut agglutinin (PNA) was shown to bind to normal LACA mice bone marrow cells but not to leukemic cells. However NA-treated luekemic cells could be bound by PNA. EPM of PNA+cells was lower than that of PNA-cell cell and even lower than that of non-treated cells. It was also shown that there were more CFU-GM among PNA-cells of LACA mice bone marrow than among PNA+cells.
