【摘要】 用血常规法检测82例太行山猕猴(Macaca mulatta)的血象。实验所测红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)的平均值各为634万/mm~3、0.70万/mm~3、12.9g/100ml,嗜中性粒细胞(NG)为64.18%,淋巴细胞为31.45%;并且上述指标在性别间不存在显著性差异,而嗜中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞在不同年龄组间存在着显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The blood picture were determined in 82 Tai Hang Mountain Macaca mulattas by coventional way.Investigation showed that average values of the red blood cell, white blood cell and hemoglobin were 634ten thousand/mm~3、0.70 ten thousand/mm~3 and 12.9g/100ml in turn. Neutrophilic granulocytes were64.18%、Lymphocytes were 31.45%. The difference of the characters discussed before in sex was not remark-able, but the difference of the Neutrophilic granulocyte and lymphocytes in age-group was remarkable.更多还原
