EPROM的机制和快写方法
MECHANISM OF EPROM AND FAST WRITING MODE
【摘要】 本文论述EPROM(可擦除可编程序只读存贮器)的机制和快写方法.以27256为例,在正常方式(用一个50ms脉冲编程)写一片27256需要大约1600秒,但高速方式(高速编程算法——用独特的两个一组的1ms脉冲编程)仅需101秒.因此,快写方式比正常方式快15倍以上.
【Abstract】 This paper describes the mechanism of an EPROM (erasible programmable read-only memory) and the fast-writing mode. For instance, to write a 27256 in the normal mode ( programs with one 50 ms pulse ) requires about 1600 seconds, but the high speed mode (high speed programming algorithm-programs with typical two 1 ms pulses ) requires only 104 seconds. Therefore, the fast-writing mode is more than 15 times faster than the normal mode
