高温超导体YBa2Cu3O7-x的结构、形貌和性质
The Structure and Superconductivity of High Temperature Superconductor Y-Ba2-Cu3-O7-x System
【摘要】 本文研究了高温超导体YBa2Cu3O7-x的结构、形貌和性质。使用SEM,TEM,EDS和SAED等探讨了化合物成分、结构、形貌。测量了样品的电阻与温度、磁化率与温度的关系,得到零电阻温度TC0≈91K,完全抗磁性温度88K。并对超导化合物YBa2Cu3O7-x的性质作了初步分析。
【Abstract】 The structure, morphology and properties of high temperature superconductor have been investigated. The composition, structure and morphology were studied by using SEM, TEM, EDS and SAED etc. R~T and X~T relations of the sample were measured with the zero resistance temperature TC0≈91 K and the all diamagnetic temperature being 88K. Then, the properties of the superconducting compound YBa2Cu3O7-x were discussed initially.
