【Abstract】 The μSR technique is one of the new techniques developed in recent years. In this report, the theory and the experimental techniques of μSR are described firstly, then a comparison of μSR with Mossbauer effect in the measurements of spin fluctuations and internal fields in magnetic materials has been made.
