【Abstract】 Measurements of S-lineshape parameter of Doppler-broadening spectra of positron annihilation were carried out during martensite(Fe-Ni) and thermoelastic martensite(Ti-Ni, Cu-Zn-Al) transformations. The data are useful to explain the difference between martensite and thermoelastic martensite transformation, the change of defects during transformation, the premonitory effect and the shape memory effect.更多还原
