采用新催化剂消除氧硫化碳合成中的环境污染

【Abstract】 This paper deals with a waste-free technology. In the process of synthesizing carbon oxysulfide (COS), a new catalyst has been used to replace 13X molecular sieve, s( that the yield of COS can tise from 65% to 90%. Because of enhancement of synthetic gas quality and re duction of hazardous gas, the system of gas purification would he removed in the process. by which environmental eontamirianon is eliminated. The catalyst process is simple, the cost is low ant! life span of the catalyst is long. Annually, taking count oi output, of COS 7000 NM3, 1500 tons of waste lye and 45 tons of waste CS2 will be decreased. (See pp. 42-45)
