超滤法分离味精废水中的菌体

【摘要】 本文采用超滤分离-溶剂萃取处理含锌味精废水,重点讨论用聚丙烯腈和聚砜中空纤维超滤膜分离废水中的菌体及其主要参数对超滤分离性能的影响.日处理量为25吨废水的超滤运行实验表明,经超滤处理废水中的菌体去除率可达99%以上,废水可进一步用萃取法去除锌.

【Abstract】 A study on separation of bacterial cell from glutamic acid wastewater by ultrafiltration was reported in this paper. The effect of operating parameters on ultrafiltration performances and the method for cleaning of membrane were studied by using two Sets of UF apparatus which consisted of PAN and PS hollowfiber UF membrane modules separately. The results showed that the rejection of bacterial cell by UF was up to 99%. The ultrafiltrate was a clear bacterial cell-free effluent containing metal zinc which was suitable for a further treatment with solvent extraction to recover zinc.
