混凝土三点弯曲梁断裂能的测试研究

【摘要】 基于虚裂纹模型概念的断裂能G_F是一个能较真实反映混凝上断裂特性的材料参数。本文除用RILEL规定的100mm×100mm×800mm三点弯曲梁进行了G_F测试外,还分别进行了100mm×100mm×600mm和100mm×100mm×400mm短跨度三点弯曲梁的C_F测试,全部试验在自行设计、加工的刚性加载架上进行,测得800mm标准梁C_F=137.0N/m,另两种短梁G_F分别为131.6N/m和128.6N/m。从而表明,跨度对G_F并无明显影响。本文还介绍了G_F测试原理和刚性加载架的设计原则,并对测试结果进行了讨论和分析。

【Abstract】 Fracture energy GF based on the concrete of FCM(Fictitious Crack Model)is a material property parameter that can well reflect the fracture behaviour of concrate.This paper presents the test results for three-point bending beams of 100mm×100mm×800mm,the size being stipulated by RILEM.To explore the effect of span.a GF test is also performed for beams of 100mm×100mm×600mm and 100mm×100mm×400mm.For each specimen 12 beams are used.They are all tested on the rigidity machine designed by the authors themselves.When the lengths of specimens are 800mm 600mm and 400mm,the values of GF are 137.0N/m,131.6N/m and 128.6N/m,respectively.The test results show that the effect of span is not obvious.In addition,this paper alsogi ves the results of K1c and GIc for each specimen.
