【Abstract】 In this paper,the coefficient inverse problem of a hyperbolic system which wasderived from the reflection seismology is considered.In the domain of a free bound-ary,with the application of the characteristic method for solving hyperbolic equa-tion and the principle of contraction mapping,the existence and the uniqueness ofthe inverse problem and the free boundary problem are proved at the same time.Inaddition the smoothness of the solution is also discussed.更多还原
