超高频交联聚乙烯的工艺和性能的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了用超高频(oHF)处理低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)工艺和性能,通过实验证明聚乙烯(PE)交联程度与材料的初始温度、活性助剂和交联剂填加量的关系,以及随交联时间增加,过氧化物含量越来越少.处理后材料的力学性能和热性能均有提高.这一工艺研究成功对聚乙烯改性开僻了新的途径,扩大了聚乙烯的应用领域.

【Abstract】 The properties of low-density polyethylene crosslinked with vHF andcrossliking technique are studied in this paper.By the experiment,it is believedthat the degree of crosslinkage of PE has relation with the primary temperature ofPE,the content of active additive and the content of the cross-linder.With theincreasing of crosslinking time it is found that the content of the dioxide decreases.After PE is crosslinked with vHF,both its thermal property and its mechanicalproperty are improved.The success of the technique opens up a new way for modification of PE,and will enlarge the field of use of PE.
