旁通补燃增压柴油机的理论及实验研究
Theoretical and Experimental Research of Hyperbar Diesel Engine
【摘要】 本文扼要地介绍了我们所建立的二级涡轮增压、二级中冷、旁通补燃(Hyperbar)的6135柴油机实验台,及在其上进行的理论及实验研究工作,使该机功率由110 kW提高到265kW,以及初步摸索出的自循环启动及性能参数配合的一些规律性.根据我们所建立的性能模拟计算模型及程序,计算结果与实验结果能较好地吻合,证明了程序的可用性.文章还进一步论证了旁通补燃动力涡轮复合式发动机实现的可能性及条件.
【Abstract】 The test bed of Hyperbar Diesel engine 6135 with two stage turbocharg-ing with inter and aft coolers is introduced, on which the experimental and theoretical works of this engine have been done.In the experiments,the output power of the engine is promoted from 110 kW to 265 kW and some tentative regularities are obtained about starting the turbocharging system for self-circulating and about matching with characteristic pa-rameters.The experimental results are in accordance with the calculated ones based on the setted simulating model and the program, which means that the program is correct and useful.Moreover, the conditions and possibilities of bringing about Hyperbar Compound engine are demonstra-ted.
