【摘要】 本试验以猪胆汁为材料,采用正交实验、单因素优选实验,对影响胆红素钙化的诸因素进行了研究,实验结果表明:选用最佳条件和因素,可以使胆汁中胆红素钙化的百分率达97.4%,这为工业化生产胆红素,提高产率,充分利用胆汁资源,提供了可靠依据.更多还原
