【Abstract】 The statistical characteristics of rough surfaces are analysed and the relation between the spectral density of the rough surfaces and statistical parameters is found out.The backscattering coefficients of electromagnetic waves from rough surfaces are obtained with using Kirchhoff’s diffraction theory and the statistical reflection coefficients.The sup position that signal characteristics of backscattering from ocean waves are of measurable is discussed in detail.更多还原
