【摘要】 用S参数法测复介电常数,由于其测量手续烦、数据处理十分费事,过去人们都不愿采用。本文叙述了用自动测量线的方法,引入了计算机辅助测量和计算,使全部测量和计算过程既快又方便。文中说明了正确判定相位的办法。为提高损耗角测量准确度,还提出了与波导短路法结合起来进行数据处理的办法。最后给出了聚四氟乙烯、聚砜等测量实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 The S-Parameter Method was rarely used to measure complex dielectric constant because of its complicated procedure and difficult data-processing. In this paper, a technique, based on S-Parameter Method, developed on the auto-slotted line is presented in which computer is applied to the test procedure. A novel method of data-processing is also presented. With our method, the measurment can be made both quickly and accurately. Finally, some results are given.更多还原
