阳离子染料可染改性共聚酯的研究——第Ⅱ报 阳离子染料可染改性共聚酯的热性能
STUDY OF CATIONIC DYEABLE POLYESTER II.THERMAL BEHAVIOR OF CATIONIC DYEABLE POLYESTER
【摘要】 在第Ⅰ报中研究了几种CDP、ECDP的缩聚反应动力学及CDP合成中醚键的生成规律。本报用DSC、TG等方法较系统地研究了不同共聚组分及含量对CDP特别是对ECDP的转变温度(T_g、T_c、T_m)及热失重的影响规律。实验结果表明,不同共聚组分的引入使CDP、ECDP的转变温度均有明显的不同变化;CDP中含有磺酸基团和二甘醇含量较高是其热氧化稳定性下降的原因,第四组分PEG,DMO的引入使ECDP的热氧化稳定性进一步下降,而第四组分为DMS时对之影响不大。并将实验结果与共聚组分的化学结构,及纤维的性能相结合进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 In paper I authors had studied condensation polymerization kinetic of CDP and ECDP and disr cussed the DEG content variation in synthesis of CDP, in this paper studies the effects of various comonomers and their content on the thermal transition temperature and the thermooxidative stability of CDP and ECDP by the methods of DSC and TG, the experiment result shows the thermal transition temperature is changed obviously when introducing various comonomers within the main chain of PET, the sulfone group and the higher content of DEG in CDP are the reason that causes the lower ther mooxidative stability which decreases further when PEG or DMO as the fourth component is added into the polymer, but the adding of DMS has not obvious effect on it.
