PAN催化环化初步探讨
THE STUDY ON THE CATALYTIC CYCLIZATION OF PAN
【摘要】 本工作用催化环化制备PAN预氧化纤维,在剖析热处理引起长丝强力损失的基础上,选择PAN共聚长丝(PAN:丙烯酸甲酯:衣康酸=93:5.7:1.3),以NH2OH·HCl水溶液为肟化剂和用Na2HPO4调节溶液的pH值,用正交设计法寻找最佳处理条件,结果表明,减少纤维的收缩、缩短热处理时间和提高预氧化纤维强度的重要途径是对PAN纤维进行羟胺的化学处理。以最佳肟化反应条件实施热处理,纤维强度可提高约50%,热处理时间可缩短一半。
【Abstract】 The catalytic cyclization is one of the important methods for the preparation of preoxidized fibers. On the basis of the analysis of the filaennt tenacity loss caused by heat treatment, PAN copolymer filament (PAN:methyl acrylate:itaconic acid=93:5.7:1.3) was selected as precurson in this test. Using hydroxylamine hydrochloride as oximating agent, adjusting pH with sodium hydrogen phosphate and finding the optimal treatment conditions by means of orthogonal design, it is found that the impertant way to decrease the fiber’s shrinkage, shorten the time for heat treatment and rise the preoxidized fiber’s tenacity is to perform hydroxylamine chemical treatment to PAN fiber. Carring out heat treatment to the fiber at the optimal oximating reaction conditions, the fiber’s tenacity can be raised by about 50%, the treatment time can be shortened halfly.
