氯丁二烯与苯乙烯的乳液共聚合

【摘要】 以过硫酸钾为引发剂,调节剂丁为调节剂,进行了氯丁二烯(CP)与苯乙烯(St)乳液共聚合的研究。结果表明,与均聚氯丁橡胶相比,CP-St共聚物的结晶速率明显降低,其物理机械性能接近日本 Denka Chloroprene S-4O的水平,是一种优良的抗结晶性橡胶。

【Abstract】 Emulsion copolymerization of chloroprene ( CP ) and styrene ( St ) with potassium persulphate as initiator and bisisopropylxanthogen ( diproxide ) as molecular weight modifier was investigated.The results showed that diproxide was satisfactory for being used as modifier and was suitable to be added incrementally. The conversions of copolymerization could be controlled by determining the specific density of the latices. The CP-St copolymer had a markedly decreased rate of crystallization in comparision with that of the CP homopolymer. The physical properties of the vulcanized CP-St copolymer were similar to that ofDenka chloroprene S-40.CP-St copolymer is an excellent anti-crystallizing elastomer.
