【Abstract】 Propranolol(15mg/kg)administrated through mouth could obviously interfere the genital function of female rats. Giving 60mg/kg doses achieved a nonpregnant rate of 75％. We found that over a half the mated female rats had no pregnancy. The effect seems to be resulted from propranolol concentrated in cervico-vaginal mucus of the rats. The other female rats which were found nocoitus had also no pregnancy, and this fact is probably due to the possibility that propranolol affected coitus by inhibiting ovulations of these female rats.更多还原
