高碳酸血症的脑微循环研究

【摘要】 以 CO2吸入法作成小白鼠实验性高碳酸血症模型,均从昏迷进入深昏迷。PaCO2↑,PaO2↓和 pH↓。脑软膜和肠系膜微循环血管中产生严重的血细胞聚集和白色栓。脑软膜毛细血管扩张,深昏迷期,对去甲肾上腺素无反应,且小白鼠全部死亡。

【Abstract】 The model of the experimental hypercapnia was made with the method of the CO2 inhalation.Each sane mouse entered coma from light to deep un- consciousness.On the blood gas analysis,the PaCO2 increased,PaOz and pH decreased,an serious blood cell aggregation with the white thrombuses in the microvessel on the pial and messenteric microcirculation occurred be- cause of the high CO2.The pial capillaries were dilated.During the period of the deep coma,it had no response to the Nor-Adrenaline,the mice dead
