【Abstract】 By using MS culture medium containing high concentration of cytokinin (1. 0- 1. 5 mg/L ) to culture in vitro and induce thick growing plantlets from the shoot tips and the stem segments of Asparagus officinalis we have changed the way of producing thick growing plantlets, shortened the time of differentiation, and raised the proliferation multiple of Aspar agus of ficinalis.
