【Abstract】 Through analysing the climatic resources of Hebei province and considering the rainfall and the surface runoff, we made a moisture correction on the basis of the light and heat productive potentialities model proposed by former research workers. The climatic productive potentialities in every area of Hebei province was also calculated and the distribution map was drawn.
