【摘要】 本文报道了黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)与毛木耳(Auricularia polytricha)营养缺陷型标记株的诱变筛选过程。分离子实体担孢子,萌发后经紫外线诱变,避光培养得单菌落,采用逐个检出法和生长谱法筛选、鉴定营养缺陷型突变株,为黑木耳与毛木耳的种间原生质体融合育种提供了具有遗传标记的亲本材料。本研究的技术关键是选用了合适的基本培养基。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the study on the auxotrophs of Auricularia auricula and Auricularia Polytricha. Basidiosports were collected and germinated for mutagensis. The auxotrophs, A.a-1 and A.p -243, were screened and iden t if ied. These haploid parents with the genetic marber are very useful for the protoplast fusion breeding.
