【Abstract】 This paper briefly described the present engineering situation of the yellow river harhour.Severl problem of understanding that must be solved in the further harhour construction and personal opinion about these problems wore put forward .The necessity,possibility and econom- ics of the Yellow river harbour construction were discussed in the aspects of its strategic significance, natural conditions and investment benefit .Finally, several suggestions on the principle of harbour constr- uction were put forward for reference.更多还原
