【摘要】 本文总结在外科门诊使用"消痔灵"注射液治疗内痔、混合痔130例,男性84例女性46例。四周后复查,结果:痊愈111,占85.4%,好转19例,占14.6%,有效率100%。使用"消痔灵"注射液是采用低浓度大剂量的原则。根据痔疮不同类型进行不同部位,不同剂量的注射治疗。对操作方法提出应该注意的几个问题。并对注射后并发症的原因进行探讨,提出并发症的处理和预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article summed up the main points of treating internal hemorrh- oid in outpatients by"Xiao Zhi Ling"injecting-licuidin.There were 130 eases,84 cases males,the others females.After giving the patient an injec- tion for four weeks,the result of reexamination was that 111 cases out of 130 were cured,occupying 85.4 percent;the left 19 cases improved- 14.6 percent.The rule for"Xiao Zhi Ling"injection was that it mu- st be done a large dose in low concentration.According to the varied ty- pes,the patient must be treated in both different sides and various dosag- es.It brought up several programs for operating method,studied the ca- uses of complications after injection,and proposed the treatment and pre- caution measures of complications.更多还原
