BD—1高精度Bragg衍射仪微机控制系统研制

【摘要】 本文阐述了我国首次研制的BD—1高精度Bragg衍射仪中的微机控制系统。本系统采用Apple—Ⅱ微机、新型驱动细分控制器对步进电机实现步距角二细分控制,使衍射仪内单轴转台的θ角实现小步距转角(5.4″)高精度、高稳定的控制;该微机系统还实现了对工作台随动升降控制;晶体转角微调控制;高分辨数据采集及处理;限位报警等功能,且具有较强的抗干扰能力。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the micro-computer controlling system of BD-1 high precision Bragg diffractometer which is the first that our country has made. The system uses Model Apple-Ⅱ micro computer and a new type of driving subdivided controller, so as to realize bisecting control of stepping angle of the stepping motor, and high-precision and high-stabilizing control of small stepping corner angle of single spindle angle inside the diffractometer. The microcomputer can also control rise-fall with motion of the platform,and it is realized fine-turning control of crystal turning angle. The microcomputer controlling system serves the functions of high resolution data acquisition and data processing, and position limiting warning, and so forth. it has an ability for stronger anti-interference.
